- Weight and balance calculation for flights of various arlines- Checking and monitoring the planned figures of passengers, bags, cargo and mail- Issuing the documentation for the complete flight handling process including loading instruction and load sheet -Interaction with remote stations to ensure effective communication in order to complete Load Control tasks safely, accurately and punctually to meet the safety requirements needed for each flight

- Independently checking, executing, solving, and creating tickets in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes. - Executing project and other deliverables in order to fulfil KPIs and management requests.- Acting as technical lead, solving and coordinating activities across related IT technologies.- Investigating the root cause of incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.
