Led the review of delivery and content creation for an online learning platform for The PR Academy, London

Shaping and leading the development of a training strategy, products and services for the Chartered Insitute of Relations. Developed training programmes, online webinars and CPD activities at CIPR for Writing, Strategy and Planning, Social and Digital media, Media relations, Internal and Change communication, Crisis communication, People Management and soft skills training.Planned and scheduled the Institute’s annual national training programme comprising of 200 dates and attended by over 2,000 delegates and customers. Worked with members, volunteers and customers to plan and further their professional development and careers through different professional development routes, programmes and learning interventions offered by the Institute. Managed the CIPR Training Academy of 30 trainers and subject matter experts, including specialists from PR and communication, occupational psychology, finance and accounting and digital technology fields. Led the business development initiatives and put a structure in place so that the training services achieved their income target and stayed profitable. Partnered with other Professional and Chartered Bodies on various L&D projects. Led the team of 3 L&D professionals. Oversaw the operational running of the CIPR Training Centre (visited by over 2,000 delegates on an annual basis), contractual agreements and relationships with the 3rd party providers. Responsible for management of 650K operational budget

Starting at an assistant manager level and later moving to a managerial position, I was responsible for content management of training materials for open courses, online webinars and bespoke learning projects and managing relationships with CIPR Trainers, including the recruitment of new trainers and subject matter experts. Later, I took on the responsibilities of running the CIPR London Training Centre and scheduling the annual national programme (200 workshop dates accommodating around 2,000 delegates) Projects I completed during this time: • Review of the entire training portfolio and launch of a new training programme• Wrote a trainer recruitment policy and devised a 360 recruitment process for accepting trainers to CIPR Training Academy• Wrote the CIPR Trainer Guide • Reviewed all operational aspects of training operation, including the relationship with the 3rd party suppliers
