- Leading, managing and controlling the several Production Lines ( SMA:Surface Mount Assembly, THT, Repair, Testing, System Assembly, Box build lines) including Warehouse, in order to achieve Customer satisfaction, business objectives and operational efficiency-Cooperation on global project for better visibility material and products flow from warehouse to production, in production between work stations and from production to warehouse- Cooperating with IT department and Lean department on creation of Kanban flow- Responsibility for cycle and inventory counting in production and in warehouse- Customer satisfaction and profitable business performance in MS departmentsEnsuring optimal human resources, participation on interviews- Ensuring of optimal investment level and capacity utilization rate- Supporting cooperation with customers and suppliers in order add sales with existing and new customers- Prepare strategic plans of taking into account the number of staff and related costs- Cooperate to ensure the production and manufacturing processes for certification to TS 16949- Monthly cost analysis- Reporting to General Manager
