In my professional carrier, I had been offered a great chance of working with different departments of pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing.just after completion of my B.pharm from govt college @ Rajkot, I started working as QC/QA officer in Radiant Parenteral Pvt Ltd. It made me to understand various functions of QC, QA and Micro. Infact, I got an approved technical person (TP) certificate from FDA. I worked almost about 2 years here.Now, I had a carrier break to resume my further master studies and I joined M.pharm (QA) with my GATE score.After master studies, again resumed working as Research Associate in Analytical research laboratory (formulations) at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Dholka and continued for 2.5 years.Again, carrier break...this was the most beautiful motherhood phase. it was planned for around a year, but with some of the social responsibilities, i could resume after 3 years.I tried a lot to continue with same job profile as in Cadila...but unfortunately or fortunately...I didn't get any opportunity!!!Finally with the thought of starting anywhere, I joined Astral steri tech pvt Ltd (sterile dry powder manufacturing unit)as an IPQA and worked for 5 years. I shall have a lifetime gratitude for Astral for giving me an opportunity when many did not.(acquired by Centrient Pharmaceuticals-Netherland).Again, had to leave the job as family relocation and I joined Swiss Parenterals after 7 months of break. I worked for a year in QA @ Swiss.now I m @ Torrent Quality-CIT....quite confusing...but I tried to clearly define...
