In this role, I oversee all school of business programming, and act as primary decision-maker for faculty with 30+ professors. I plan and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and activities for lecture delivery. I develop and monitor budget including faculty compensation on a regular basis and expenses for conferences and student competitions as and when planned. I calculate and project student retention rates and take steps to overcome challenges. I create and implement plans for each program to ensure infrastructure requirements for scheduling and technology are met. I also recruit and hire faculty, coordinators, and staff. I develop and ensure delivery of orientation for students and onboarding programs for both faculty and students.
