I led project management efforts for a team of 15, including organizing and running regular meetings to ensure project alignment and progress throughout the project life cycle. Additionally, I collaborated with senior project managers to oversee and execute operational tasks, including tracking project milestones and addressing emerging issues. I also developed and managed Azure DevOps boards to streamline project tracking and efficiently handle work requests.

I was accepted into the Senior Capstone program where I will work on a team of 5 with the industry partner Capgemini. I will serve as the project manager for my team as they work on a Generative AI Chat-Bot to provide inventory information, optimize store navigation, and facilitate online orders for retail customers.
