Communication Strategist Developed and initiated implementation of C-Space communications campaign. C-Space, a collaborative collection environment envisioned to become the national leadership's primary means to integrate, monitor, & evaluate U.S. collection activities based on national priorities, is currently in development. Campaign includes stakeholder analysis, branding competition, targeted electronic and print communications, social media marketing, speaking engagements, collateral materials and other strategic communication components. Wrote strategic communication plan, conducted stakeholder analysis, produced promotional materials and worked with NIC-C strategic planner to ensure campaign objectives are in line with overarching mission objectives.

DNRO Speechwriter Wrote speeches, Congressional testimony, articles for external & internal publication, official guidance and notifications and correspondence for the Director of the NRO, the Principal Deputy Director, and Deputy Director of the NRO. Developed, wrote, and edited multi-media scripts and productions, and develop posters relating to the NRO mission, capabilities, and operational support activities. Over the course of one year, wrote 40 speeches for senior leadership that were delivered in national and international fora, and was instrumental in producing, writing, editing and delivering a comprehensive summary of the NRO 2009 to the U.S. Presidential Transition Team, as well as a comprehensive reference guide for the incoming director.

Advocacy & Marketing Specialist Assisted government customer with strategic communication efforts across U.S. government, Intelligence Community (IC), and Department of Defense (DoD) arenas. Produce video and other advocacy products for joint DoD/IC acquisition program. Production entailed script writing, casting, image, video and audio research and acquisition, video-taping, recording of narration, creation of text animations and video graphics, editing & distribution of final product to appropriate audiences. Provided additional acquisition support as required, including documentation of program activities, market research, document review and editing, & assistance with lab relocation efforts. Close involvement with the activities of the customer;s front office provided an invaluable perspective into IC processes, structures, and political as well as technical requirements. This position offered a unique insight into future technology solutions (both from the hardware and data services perspective) to challenges faced by the NRO and the broader IC.
