The Infatuation and Zagat are global restaurant discovery platforms. Our mission is to bring diners the most honest and trustworthy opinions on where to eat around the world.– I led our global Product organization, which includes Product Management, UX and Product Design, Engineering, and Data & Analytics.– Responsible for the Product organization’s mission, vision, budget, strategy, organizational structure, goals, and execution of all digital products.– Helped rebuild our products and grow our user base from less than 1M to over 7M monthly active users.– Helped scale our 8-person Product & Engineering team to a 60+ person global organization, establishing proper processes and practices at different scale points.– Member of the acquisition due diligence team, resulting in a successful acquisition.
