Responsibility for providing services in the facility management, distribution services for new clients, team management of people providing our services

Responsible for area of Western Slovakia focused on the large, middle and small companies.

To coordinate and manage all activities within region of Eastern European countries, related to the Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment. Responsible for development and maintenance of the existing and new waste treatment plants for production of the alternative fuels from waste materials (localisation in Slovakia, Czech republic, Hungary, Austria, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria).

Manage the plant ecorec Slovensko – at the site of Rohoznik cement plant.Coordinate and coach improvement and standardization of products and their quality as well as development of new products. Manage customer (Holcim Slovensko a.s.) requests and complains with regard to manufacturing and support marketing in customer related questions of Alternative fuels. Main activities were focused on logistics, handling and manipulating of the alternative fuels. Managing and responsibility for whole team of employees of ecorec Slovensko, site Rohoznik.

Project management focused on the waste treatment - shredding lines improvements, finance & accounting optimalization, Supporting the Managing director in various areas.Main project: Warehouse management project in the cement plant (responsibility for Human resources, whole system implementation of VAS and SAP systems, new building and weighting system creation, negotiation with different suppliers and customers).

Environmental responsible for region of the Holcim Central Europe cement plants located in the Slovakia, Czech republic and Hungary (4 cement plants). Implementation and preparedness for the European Union accession in area of the new legislations (emission limits, CO2 allowance trading – negotiations with the local Environmental Ministries, National Allocation Plan for Holcim Central Europe)

Cooperation with the EU and OECD in area of the risk management and environmental labeling of the products. Competent body of Slovak eco-labeling scheme, member of the EU eco-labeling board.
