In my current role as Chief Product Officer at Zeus Labs, I have the privilege of leading the development and market introduction of Zeus Freight Command and Zeus Freight Connect. It’s been a journey of learning and growth, not just for the products but for me as well. The challenge of navigating the complex logistics landscape has been both demanding and rewarding, pushing me to think creatively and act decisively.Parallel to my adventures at Zeus Labs, I embarked on a journey with Buildcon, a construction tech startup I founded. The idea was simple: to use technology to make cost control in construction projects easier and more efficient. It’s been an incredible journey watching an idea grow into a tool that helps businesses every day.Throughout these experiences, I’ve worn many hats. From strategizing user and client acquisition to leading diverse teams, each role has taught me something invaluable. The essence of design thinking has always guided me, reminding me that at the heart of every successful product is a solution that genuinely resonates with its users. Managing development cycles, balancing product requirements, and navigating marketing strategies have all been part of the adventure.My journey has been about connecting dots between different functions to create holistic solutions.
