Led the newly built Wealth Management Research organization (2002) from manual internal web publishing to a sophisticated, highly automated digital publishing power house with direct multi-channel delivery of research content to UBS Wealth Management clients and client advisors, globally. Responsible business program manager for all platform projects as well as for platform operations. Additional responsibilities included programming of small applications (ColdFusion) for the start-up phase, lead of the desktop publishing team for printed publications, integration of the WM US platform and the outsourcing of CMS capabilities to an external vendor. Heading a team of up to 15 project managers, web and communication specialists and desktop publishers in Zürich, New York and Singapore.

Responsible for the communication support and the production of handbooks and online help systems for all major software applications in the Private Banking area.
