Jan L. Bernstein, a Partner , serves as Chair of the New Jersey Family Law Practice of Phillips Nizer, LLP. She has dedicated her entire career to the successful representation of family law clients and the development of strong client relationships. She is renowned for finding creative solutions to complex and novel family law disputes.Ms. Bernstein represents national and international clients, including high net worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, athletes and performers throughout the State of NJ. She serves on the Trustee Council of Penn Women and received the Fathers Trophy for Outstanding Female Scholar Athlete in her senior year at the University of Pennsylvania.
