I am fortunate enough to have been presented with many roles and responsibilities during my working career. All have one common theme – Learning and Development! Lifelong learning is something that I feel very passionate about both for myself and those I come into contact with. I have been involved in assessing and verifying a wide range of different qualifications as well as leading qualification teams for over 25 years. Gaining many accreditation accolades both personally and for the training providers I have worked within. Establishing and maintaining a high level of quality assurance being key. Having specialised within the field of coaching for 12 years, I wrote a series of qualification standards which were approved by OfQual to a level 5 standard. Specialties: Professional Coaching, NLP techniques, Mentoring, Assessing, Verifying, Quality Assurance, Programme Accreditation, Creating qualification standards.
