Part of the team that opened Citizens Business Bank Arena in October 2008. *Established the first box office policies and procedures; hired and trained 35 ticket sellers. *Worked with show promoters to scale the arena to meet revenue expectations, get the event on sale in a timely manner and run financial reports for event settlement.
