In 2019, I co-founded 'Coaches in Schools' (Trenéři ve škole), a novel initiative aimed at transforming physical education by integrating local sports coaches into elementary schools. This program not only diversifies physical activities for children but also focuses on the development of essential life skills like teamwork, resilience, and healthy competition.Our unique approach involves:- Partnering coaches with teachers in a tandem on a regular basis.- Encouraging less sport-inclined children to discover the joy of physical activity.- Maximizing lesson efficiency while ensuring safety.- Cultivating an enduring love for physical activity.- Allowing children to choose their preferred sports, without recruitment into our clubs.- Offering a variety of sports to keep lessons engaging and diverse.My role involves various responsibilities, including conducting data and financial analyses, delivering lectures and courses, and advocating for our unique approach in various forums, such as the event held in Bratislava in 2022.

In my role as the Manager and Head Coach, I oversee the sports programmes, provide guidance and assistance to fellow coaches, and undertake the crucial task of securing sponsorships to support our club's activities and growth.As an ardent advocate of outdoor activities, I take immense pleasure in organizing outdoor sports events and facilitating the development of young players, both on and off the field.

During a brief, volunteer-led tenure with the Czech Rugby Union, I was privileged to work with emerging players beyond the top-tier leagues. Our collective effort resulted in discovering some talented individuals who now play a vital role in the national setup. As a co-founder and manager of Trenérská akademie, an innovative project designed to train Czech rugby coaches, I helped establish and propel the initiative. Under the expert guidance of Martin Kafka, we designed a robust curriculum in collaboration with iRB (World Rugby, the international governing body for rugby) and led a team of dedicated educators. Our efforts resulted in the education and certification of over 100 new coaches across the country, thus marking a significant milestone in Czech rugby coaching.

As the founder and leader of an internet agency, I had the opportunity to support numerous clients of varying scales and sectors across different countries in boosting their web presence. This involved enhancing web traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates. I am proud to have worked with notable clients including KPMG, IATA, Vodafone, CzechInvest, Cisco Systems, Sanitec, and CSRU.At Infonia, my team and I developed the Fonio Website Manager, a powerful and innovative tool for website management. This XML-based platform was unique in its ability to run centrally and allowed editors and developers to manage content and formats separately. It also facilitated data sharing with other services. Today, it efficiently powers over 1000 websites.Beyond creating innovative web tools, we provided automated website services. We crafted templates, executed campaigns, and managed website builders targeted at specific sectors such as kindergartens, schools, apartment owner associations, and sports clubs.One of our major projects involved the development of a communication portal for the ZED MIBA Forum. This platform links 180 different airlines, facilitating the exchange of information about ID tickets. It currently serves hundreds of thousands of airline employees and their families worldwide.

During my tenure with ASM Clermont Ferrand, I delivered some of my finest performances in professional rugby. I had the honor of playing in the 2001 final against Toulouse in a highly charged environment in front of a crowd of 80,000 enthusiastic fans. I also had the privilege to participate in high-stakes Heineken Cup games.Not only did I grow as a player, but I had the opportunity to learn from many outstanding professionals such as Tony Marsh, Alessandro Troncon, Aurelian Rougerie, David Bory, Gerald Merceron, Richard Cockerill, Olivier Magne, and Elvis Vermuelen, among others. This allowed me to enhance my teamwork and leadership skills and deepen my understanding of the sport.I am proud of what we achieved as a team and the strides I made as an individual during this last stage of my professional rugby career.

My time at Pontypridd RFC was all about thriving under pressure. With talented international back-row players like Michael Owen, Dale McIntosh, Richard Parks, and Geraint Lewis vying for the same position, I had to bring my A-game every day. Despite the challenges, it was an honor to be part of a team bursting with exceptional talents like Gethin Jenkins, Lenny Woodard, Ian Gough, Paul John, Robert Sidoli, Ceri Sweeney and others. We didn't just play rugby - we lived it, breathed it, and pushed each other to be the best we could be.

My time at Sale Sharks offered me the privilege of playing alongside a bevy of exceptional rugby talents such as Jim Mallinder, BJ Mather, Simon Raiwalui, the Sanderson brothers (Pat and Alex), Shane Howarth, and Pete Angelsea, just to name a few. What made this stint even more special was the opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of John Mitchell, whose impressive credentials include coaching England's forward line and the mighty All Blacks a few years later.

Bursting onto the professional scene, I landed my first pro contract with Newport RFC, marking the dawn of my professional rugby journey. This exciting chapter was spurred by a fruitful season spent honing my skills in Dunedin, New Zealand. As a back row player in Wales, I delved deep into the dynamism of Welsh rugby, thriving on the field while savoring the rich culture off the pitch. This transformative period not only moulded me as a player but also amplified my global perspective on the game.

Armed with a passion for computer graphics, programming savvy, and foundational knowledge from studies at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague, I embarked on an enriching journey with Worley Consultants. My role primarily involved aiding engineers in their transition from paper to digital drafts, bringing my technical expertise to the table to help streamline their construction blueprints. This experience presented a unique intersection of my interest in technology and its practical application in the field of construction.
