• Business Performance Management business partner or Chief Financial Officer Business partner of North Europe Region. Catering Maersk Line and Safmarine brands.Develop, analyze and maintain reports related to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of 8 clusters which is composed of 32 North European counties (e.g. France, UK,Denmark,Sweden,Netherlands,Germany,Russia,Belgium,Poland).These reports involves both financial and commercial functions which are used to determine on how the clusters are doing and where they are and on how to reach the targets for the year. Confident in working very large amount of data and translates into something that can be used as a decision making tool. Regular communication between partners in making sure that developments are done as adjustments in making the materials better especially those to be used in the monthly operational performance reviews.• Involved in projects within the department which are related to data sources.• Apply cost savings initiatives and six sigma learnings through kaizens and help drive the company goals for the year. • Develop reports using ms excel, ms access as tools. Uses vlookup and formulas as well as macros in the reporting especially if they “manual” and tedious tasks.• Pull reports using different systems within the organization. Example: SAP,Business Objects,MSBI,GCSS,MePC,RKEM,,WebI,GSIS View.• Maintain the visual management system of North Europe Regional Office• Prepare Standard Operating procedures in the reports created and maintained.• Developed tool using Microsoft sharepoint for one of the clusters serving 8 countries.

• Generate and develop simple reports mostly for NAM (US and Canada)and LAM (Latin America)Region.• Help in data mining activities in the department.• Update the SOPs regularly
