As a recruiter outsourced to a client, I take an active role in developing customer relationships, I manage internal recruitment processes and perform all my duties on behalf of my client.My objective is to add value to internal HR/Recruitment team by bringing innovation, market insights and new industry trends.

Searching for suitable candidates based on specific demands of the client. Providing the whole process of recruitment beginning with job description and applicant specification, job advertisement creation, active search and contacting the candidate, interviewing them, reference research, finishing with writing evaluation and presenting the candidates to the client.
