Increased awareness for the non-profit by joining the Tracy Chamber of Commerce, revamping website, designing/publishing the organization's first ever quarterly newsletter, and personally attending weekly pet adoption fairs to speak with the public about our group. Increased the organization's bottom line by coordinating five different fundraising activities as well as successfully writing two grant requests.

Liaison between Corporate and the field to ensure communication of and preparation for upcoming products and promotions, as well as implementation. Particular emphasis on educating restaurant personnel in providing exceptional service to our guests. Over the course of my tenure, I was responsible for up to 400 company and franchised restaurants located across 8 states. Additionally, worked with local media and sports venues to provide added-value for the company as well as guests.
