Jan Mennens has over 25 years of process and change management experience. He was responsible for the roll-out of ITIL processes in ICT Operations and the roll-out of new modeling techniques and processes in ICT development. As the business architect of KBC ICT, he was responsible for the process architecture and the set-up of process management. Since September 1st 2010, he was involved in a large scale transformational change programme in KBC Shared Services and Operations. He coordinated the Lean programme in the shared services and operations divisions of K&H, Hungary and the Group Finance and Group Risk Division in Belgium.Then his focus shifted towards leadership and managerial change, because they are key elements to make changes land in an organisation.He applied this experience in the start-up of a project management community in KBC Belgium.
