Provided administrative support to over 320 Sailors within 3d Marine Division. Drafted over 200 typed correspondence including medical logistics requests, letters of appointment, and standard letters. Screened 500 performance evaluations and fitness reports for any administrative errors with zero discrepancies. Ensured 100% accountability of 105 Sailors during five drills utilizing the Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS). Assisted the Medical Planner with asset allocation during various field exercises. Provided first responder medical support in 10 different training exercises, including the personal corpsman for the Commanding General of 3d Marine Division and his supporting staff during Marine Expeditionary Force Exercise 2014 in Korea. Deployed to Philippines in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Philippines as the first medical responder for a platoon of 28 Marines, and also acted as Senior Enlisted Medical Advisor to the Command Surgeon of Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines (JSOTF-P). Assisted the medical officer in the treatment of 231 Armed Forces personnel by conducting preliminary physical examinations, counseling patients on prevention of disease and injuries, administering medications, and performing minor procedures. In preparation for deployment, administered 91 vaccinations, scheduled medical screenings and created shadow deployment records for 28 Marines, ensuring 100 % medical readiness. Developed a monthly medical logistics inventory spreadsheet that identified surplus stock and eliminated expired medications and supplies, streamlining the logistics procurement process and saving thousands of dollars. Coordinated and instructed 111 Philippine military and civilian personnel in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) courses.
