My work as a project engineering consultant brings me in contact with clients, projects and technical solutions within several different industries. This includes the automotive, industrial, military and medico/pharma industries, which all requires a specific set of capabilities and regulatory attention. In general, the same theory and processes applies and the major challenge is to adapt into the varying reality.On development projects I specialize in sparring with the client and the relevant business stakeholders to understand their needs and find the best way to deliver value within the project boundaries.
