At CHEQ, I serve as the Development Manager for the newly established Polish division. This position allows me to blend my enthusiasm for technology with the excitement of initiating and expanding businesses. My responsibilities encompass generating and cultivating leads as well as driving business development efforts.

In just two weeks, we created the initial prototype of our web-based AI fairytales and storytelling application, designed for both parents and children using GPT 3.5 turbo API from OpenAI. After customer discovery calls we pivoted, transforming our application's concept. The revamped app, now named "Explainer," aims to demystify complex topics for children by providing simple explanations to hard topics. Alongside the integration of ChatGPT, we explored various text-to-image models, including DALL-E and other open-source alternatives, to enrich the visual experience. We also experimented with audio models, notably Whisper and 11 Labs, to enhance the experience. This comprehensive development journey culminated in learning how to make and release a mobile app with the successful launch of Explainer on the Play Store, where it has resonated with users, achieving over 1,000 downloads and maintaining 700 monthly active users with zero marketing.

I conducted a series of workshops, internal hackathon and training sessions on using Generative AI technologies, including ChatGPT, DALL-E, Dream Studio, and Midjourney, to deepen understanding and practical skills in these innovative tools.Together with my friend, I also developed an AI-powered transcription tool, which has automated the transcription process, saving hundreds of hours and reducing related costs by more than 100x.
