Partly agile implementation together with HR business, includes the introduction of a DEVOPS model. * Feasibility study/high level design including business case for the agile/scrum implementation of Service Cloud SAAS (Salesforce) as replacement for the existing HR case management system (SAP EIC)* First steps for Robotics Process Automation (Nice) for HR case management* Initial Agile/Scrum Implementation of a video recruitment system (HireVue). Main challenges are starting using Agile/Scrum methodologies for our projects and data privacy (IRM).End 2016, I retired from Shell.

OneHealthIT was a programme to to standardise Occupational Health and Industrial hygiëne processes supported by SAP EHS and implement this globally on all Shell Health sites. Project with 40/50 Shell and contractor staff, partly offshored. Project delivered in time and budget.

Started as part of the Project management team for the Cascade progamme and later became the IT programme manager. The objective of the Cascade programme was to standardise the EuroShell fuel cards processes supported by one central card application (SuperSiras), implemented in around 18 countries in Europe. Project team of around 60 people (Shell and contractor staff).

Muscat Governorate, Oman

Seconded by Shell as IT manager for the greenfield LNG plant. Designed and managed successfully the implementation of all IT management applications like mail, financial, HR, material management, maintenance management, lab, Engineering data warehouse, etc.
