I was a Talent Acquisition Manager at AT&T for many years in various human resources and staffing roles. My position moved to another state and I am not willing to relocate due to family constraints so now I am looking for a new opportunity. I have a Udacity Nanodegree in Digital Marketing and several Coursera certifications in Marketing, Analytics, and Recruiting. I am passionate about finding and connecting with top talent for a winning team that offers exciting opportunities and challenges.My core competencies include high volume retail staffing, HR metrics and reports, data analysis and presentation, relationship building and networking, and digital marketing and social media. I have successfully staffed for 10 states in different regions, each with their own goals and initiatives. I have also developed and implemented data-driven strategies to improve the recruitment process and outcomes.
