That way, they can gain resilience and courage, reframe their lives, and thrive moving forward after a significant life change. I provide assessments on energy, resilience, and balance to meet each client’s unique needs, and lead workshops on resilience, family caregiving strategies, retirement lifestyle planning, and the impact of positive versus negative energy on productivity and life satisfaction. During my diverse career, I have worked in for-profit and non-profit settings and have a keen understanding of the needs of both sectors. I have developed, directed, marketed, and expanded numerous health-oriented programs, and have worked with clients in multiple capacities. I am extremely customer-focused and excel at building collaborative relationships resulting in increased client participation and associated revenues. From both professional and personal experience, I bring unmatched sensitivity to my clients with an abundance of resources and “out of the box” solutions.
