About Jan M. Zacharjasz

As a Professional Certified Coach, I am on a mission to help people in mid-life navigate their way through changes in career, health, and family. That way, they can gain resilience and courage, reframe their lives, and thrive moving forward after a significant life change. I provide assessments on energy, resilience, and balance to meet each client’s unique needs, and lead workshops on resilience, family caregiving strategies, retirement lifestyle planning, and the impact of positive versus negative energy on productivity and life satisfaction. During my diverse career, I have worked in for-profit and non-profit settings and have a keen understanding of the needs of both sectors. I have developed, directed, marketed, and expanded numerous health-oriented programs, and have worked with clients in multiple capacities. I am extremely customer-focused and excel at building collaborative relationships resulting in increased client participation and associated revenues. From both professional and personal experience, I bring unmatched sensitivity to my clients with an abundance of resources and “out of the box” solutions. If you are going through a mid-life change and need someone to help guide you to achieve the results you desire, please contact me at jan@coachingresilience.com. Together, we can bring out your best self as you go through this time of change and reinvention. If your organization is interested in bringing my workshops or coaching in-house or needs help developing a program, I welcome the opportunity to learn more about your needs and how I can be of assistance.
