Locum staff• Regional referral facility, Level III, 55 bed NICU with pediatric subspecialties available• NNP manages care for acute/ moderately acute infants. Works along side interns, residents andPA/NP students.

Locum staff• Level III, 45+bed, acute care NICU regional referral center for infants requiring ECMO and generalsurgery• Level III 80+ bed, community NICU with busy delivery room/maternal high-­‐risk service and somesurgical patients• Multiple Level II/III's throughout the county, some providing care for stable/moderately acuteventilated patients, one hospital includes well newborn service

PRN staff• Level 3-­‐C service includes ECMO, High Frequency Ventilation, Nitric Oxide, and complete Cardiovascular care including surgery for congenital heart disease. Subspecialty support from Neurology, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Hematology/Oncology, Urology, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Genetics, Orthopedics, ENT and Plastic Surgery.• Delivery service, perinatal center

- Level IV unit, 54 beds with 16 intensive. Busy delivery hospital, no surgical services- Aided in help with data collection and entry for a 3 year Necrotizing Entercolitis Study- Developmental Care Committee,Member

Level IIIC 50 bed NICU providing care to neonate population with a 12 bed transitional care nursery providing convalescent care to the extremely low birth weight infants, chronic lung disease of infancy, feeding problems, infants with non-­‐acute surgical, neurosurgical, and sub-­‐specialty medical issues. Use of high frequency jet ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide and hypothermia therapy provided in unit. Care also includes care that of term and post term, extremely low birth weight and premature infants.

Level IIIC 75 NICU providing care to the neonate population. Patient population included extremely low birth weight, congenital heart defect infants preoperatively and postoperatively, surfactant deficient infants requiring lung transplant and congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Surfactant therapy used, high frequency oscillating ventilation, nitric oxide, and cooling blanket therapy for hypothermia. ECMO management in unit.- Co-­‐Chair, NICU Neuro-­‐developmental Care Committee Assists unit in providing developmentallyappropriate care by meeting quarterly discussing new techniques, technology and collaborating with other committees on professional practices.- NICU Creative Memories Committee, Member to provide families with pictures of their baby from admission to discharge
