I managed a Reading Center for 28 elementary students and remote tutoring by 31 community volunteers. By providing one on one literacy support, students gained confidence, social emotional learning and significantly increased reading proficiency. I worked with community volunteers to provide motivation, support and coaching. 2023 update March-June: I provided 100+ hours of tutoring to students at Markham Elementary in Oakland.
