Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Coheros Oy. I was responsible for the development of product project to develop a IoT device and cloud service that measures the quality and coverage of LoRaWAN networks. This solution was deployed on the LoRaWAN operator's network to enhance network quality and coverage. Our superior IoT team conducted over a dozen different IoT experiments for different business areas and needs.

Screening and facilitation of innovations. Innovation funding, IPR and cooperation with educational institutions and other stakeholders.

Project management, personnel management and innovation. The most important achievement of the team was the design and development of the CI process, which resulted in a 50% reduction in the number of failures in mobile networks in a software project of more than a thousand people.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Ramp up and lead 3G Radio Access Networks global customer support team. The main responsibility was to develop the support team's expertise in the US and to support key customers in Europe. The most demanding time so far and a lot of great experiences and successes with great people.

Tampere

Telecommunication laboratory design and support services. I got to join the team that enabled Nokia’s first 3G call. Later, I had the honor of making my first 3G call on a customer network as well. The most significant achievement during that time was the development of a fully automatic software update system (TOSCO innovation), which saved more than € 6 million in working time each year and speeded up time to market. Later, this innovation was a key part of the larger CI process.
