I was lucky enough to be at project from early days, so i got priceless experience from up and downs in this size large-scale project. Project was founded to redesign Kela’s overall benefit system architecture, online customer service, the individual benefit systems and associated support systems. Besides the overall IT architecture, the project also aimed to modernise Kela's operations by developing core processes in cooperation with internal and external customers and partners. -
