    I had a several roles in the organization, being part of Boreo PLC´s management team I was responsible for developing a group of 6 companies in Technical trade BU. From managerial perspective I worked as a COB for these companies.- I acted as CEO of Machinery Oy, www.machinery.fi which is largest business entity in Boreo PLC with 80 employees and and 40Mio€.Major accomplishments in operations during the term- Strategy work for 6 companies in my business area- New HR system rollout - Rollout of CRM system - Rollout of ERP to one of acquired companies- Insourcing the warehouse functions for Machinery Oy- Streamlining Machinery Oy and tripling the profitability- Increasing Business Area Revenue from 35 Milj to 60 milj and and Ebit from losses to profit of 6 Milj€ M/A Activities - Candidate screening and prospecting M/A , negotiations, financial analysis, SPA drafting, due diligence process, onboarding, best practice sharing between companies.- During this period in M/A we screened over 200 prospects, met tens of candidates, quoted also tens of cases.- We managed to close total 22 acquisitions of which 6 was in my ´Technical Trade business area. 2 of the acquisitions were merged to our existing business´ and 4 were continuing as standalone business entities. My role after acquisitions was to lead onboarding processes. That included financial mapping for group reporting, HR management and contract harmonizing, strategy work, annual planning, follow up in business reviews.- From management perspective I worked as Chairman of the board in all acquired companies. - Integration of both merged companies were a success- All 4 standalone acquisitions continued to perform as planned. Sellers received their earn outs defined in SPA and we were able to secure the continuity of the business.Recommendation / refererences are available for this part of my career.

    Responsibilities and company descriptionI was leading this excellent sales and service company with 3 business units.1. Power generation business unit had 25 employees and our business had following conrnerstones - Cummins and Kubota diesel engine dealerships with application field sales and spare part sales - Generators and Emergency Power sales, service and engineering - Allison transmissions dealership with full service workshop - Diesel engine service workshop, on site moving service and countrywide service partner network2. Metal machining business unit with 20 employees located in Pirkkala (Tampere) Metal machining BU had francises like Hyundai WIA, Laguna, Microstep and many other brands used widely at OEMs, subcontractors and other metal workhops. 3. Construction equipment had 6 employees and wide range of construction equipment. Scaffoulding, lifts, pumps to mention.Machinery Oy had inhouse finance department, quality and marketing department .We insourced also warehouse functions back which increased customer service level significantly. Accomplishments In 3 years we managed to increase turnover by 25% and profitability from negative to good level. Strategy work was redone, actions taken and impelemented. 2 supportive acquisitions were made and service/ after sales part of business increased.
