During my time as CEO, I have actively developed company's HR management and project management practices and tools. One of my biggest goal was to create two separately functioning teams. I succeeded in my goal, and when I left Groteski, the company had teams for visual design and digital solutions, each of which had created their own administrative practices and operating models, and recruited their own project managers. My goal was also to develop the company's administration, as well as board and stakeholder work. We got a fourth member from outside the company on the board, who later became a minority partner. The aim of this was to focus Groteski's internal operations and to try to clarify the work tasks related to them. At my final days Groteski employed for 14 people in total.
