At Henosia we are developing a design tool that reads and writes code while you design. We do this to unite teams in building authentic product experiences together rather than work in silos, and part of that is to empower designers by making code the design material of the future.

Innovation Fund Denmark has opted to reinvest in Henosia through a two year long Innobooster program under Innovation Fund Denmark. The Innovation Fund invests in translating promising ideas into new solutions that create growth and employment in Denmark, and which also contribute to solving some of society's challenges. The Innobooster program includes projects with significant risk and news value, where it is the solution itself that is developed.

Henosia was accepted into the one year long Innofounder program under Innovation Fund Denmark. Innofounder is an accelerator program targeted at helping small startups build a business around their idea and product.

At Elsevier I had the honor and privilege of leading a team of five super talented and competent designers. We spent our days expanding, improving and reinventing the design of Pure, an administrative tool (a CRIS) for research institutions, to always deliver the best experience to our customers. We also continuously strived to increase the UX maturity level of the organization, making sure everyone was onboard the user experience journey. Finally, I enjoyed helping my team grow and develop as designers and realize their ambitions and potential within the UX world.

Besides my work with clients, I also enjoyed teaching courses, hosting after-work-meetings, speaking at conferences, for companies and for students around the country, doing sales pitches, drawing up contracts, sitting in the jury of Danish App Awards 2013 and organising a user group in Design & Usability.
