I rollen som planlægger og indkalder sikrer jeg, at vores jobparate borgere i Assens Kommune bliver kaldt rettidigt og hurtigt ind til kontaktforløb. Den efterfølgende controlling hos den enkelte jobformidler er med til, at vi sikrer de fokusmål, der er sat fra Beskæftigelsesministeriet, bliver mødt og, at vi har et højt fokus på detaljerne i kontaktforløbet. I rollen som koordinerende virksomhedskonsulent og projektleder i Virksomhedsservice ved Assens Kommune, arbejder jeg primært med strategi og implementering heraf. Opgaverne består oftest af virksomhedsrettede initiativer og handleplaner, der skal fremme beskæftigelsen.

Overall responsible of outsourcing and education for all employees - boths bluecollars and whitecollars - as well as negotiation with the stakeholders during the closure of Odense Steelshipyard in the period from 2009 to 2010. Furthermore I was both job-& careercoach for the employees, which also led to many coaching sessions within keeping the motivation and the believe "of tomorrow" in this difficult situation for the individual

Overall responsible for 550 whitecollars wihtin all areas of HR. Primarely education, training & development of both employees and managers (teambuilding, sessions, coaching, etc). Other areas to be mentioned: Recruitments, tests, terminations, dealing with conflicts, administration etc. Also projects for both white- & blue collars such as implementation of the values within the A.P. Møller-Mærsk Group and Intelligent Production with Intelligent People
