I believe that curiosity and continuous learning are the superpowers of leadership. Today, as an executive coach, facilitator and business advisor, I partner with leaders, business teams and organizations to navigate complex changes, to accelerate growth, and to achieve their most important goals and dreams. As an adjunct faculty, I also teach next-generation leaders in MBA and other graduate programs. My current work builds on 30+ years as a global business human resources leader in Asia and North America with GE HealthCare, and then earning my doctoral degree as I retired.
