Designed, organized and conducted career training programs at the university level. Assisted university departments in developing and implementing career orientation training for their students. Participated in designing an innovative professional image "machine" which won the Educational Technology Award 2006.

Provided educational consulting for university departments in their educational development projects. Participated in designing, organizing and conducting eight long term educational development training programs and facilitated over 100 educational development worshops. Over 2000 teachers, researches and professors participated these training programs and workshops.

Organized approximately 40 different training programs in six different cities. In addition to recruiting and orienting over 60 teachers in 4 months I was responsible of training materials, quality assessments and customer service of these programs.

CareerStorm Ltd, based in Finland, has specialized in designing online career tools since 1998. As a member of CareerStorm team I participated in developing interactive career tools and services for the leading online career site Monster.com. My role consisted of project management, concept designing and usability testing. During my time in CareerStorm I learned a lot about designing and developing high quality web-based applications and services.
