Responsible for the full product portfolio, hereunder both sourcing and development of new products, including purchasing. I was employed in Eltax with the purpose of introducing electronic products in the company and to build up a product range from being only loudspeakers to be a complete home audio/video product range, which I have succeeded so well that Eltax now has several product lines within the categories: One-box Home theatres, DVD-players, DVD-recorders, amplifiers, AV-receives, MP3-players etc. in fact do the electronic product cover more that 60% of Eltax’ revenue. The introductions of the electronic products lead to a 37% revenue increase within the first year, a growth which continued trough out my time in the company.The following areas of the organization were been under my supervision: Purchase, Sourcing, Design, Development, Product management, Quality Control, Service and partly Marketing.

Co-owner/-founder. The company produces High-End design loudspeakers in Aluminium. I was responsible for purchase, production, IT and administration, and I have been participating in all other functions of the company. I have been working a lot with very limited recourses hereunder lack of finances. The company was under financed and went bankruptcy in 2002 partly as a consequence of the very hard market situation after the terror strokes 9/11-2001. My work in ArciTec Acoustic has given me unusual wide knowledge and experience and the toughness which is needed in difficult situations.

The company is producing office furniture, (now called Jesper Office) Responsible for all purchases, raw material warehousing and raw material logistics. The purchase was primarily in Denmark and EU with a few purchases in the Far East. Hundevad A/S was at that time under massive economical pressure, a pressure which learned me a lot about controlling limited resources.

Employed as purchaser at Vifa-Speak A/S in Videbæk, a company producing loudspeaker transducers, (the company is now called Tymphany). Responsible for 50% of the purchase budget, most of the purchase was international and many of them were in the Far East. In this job did I also perform several costs saving rationalization jobs, hereunder several cost optimizing projects of which the most profitable saved the company for 40% on packing costs. I was responsible for warehousing of “own” item groups and was measured on deliver security, warehousing days and value of warehouse. Co-founder of the personal club “Højlydt” which was optional for all workers and staff and had 70% of the employees as members

In this job was my function the first years to repair and do maintenance in electronics sitting in mashinery in the apparel industry, but later the job developed also to include planning, IT and purchase.
