Leads school-wide communications efforts with a team of eight colleagues, establishing consistency in messaging and visual identity across campus offices and constituent groups. Assessed team job descriptions and created standard operating procedures to increase efficiency of work and to more clearly define areas of focus. Supported the development of the School's current strategic plan, "House, Harkness, Heart: A New Era for Community Wellbeing," including drafting, editing, and rollout. Developed a parent engagement strategy in partnership with the assistant head of school, including a more formal transition from the role of prospective family to current family. Rolled out a brand manual and social media policy to ensure cross-institutional alignment and stronger positioning, both internally and externally. Provided communications support for the School's $450 million campaign, Emerge Transformed, including overseeing the branding and environmental graphics for Tsai Field House. Initiated an examination and redesign of the School's magazine, The Lawrentian, including the launch of a digital version and a new approach to content creation that leverages the expertise of all team members and further engages core constituencies. Provides strategic counsel to the head of school on institutional priorities and leads the School's communications response in times of crisis, including presenting to the Board of Trustees, faculty, and staff. Serves on Senior Staff, the Crisis Management Team, the Current Events Response Team, the Gender Identity Steering Committee, and the Tsai Field House Steering Committee. Served on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and the COVID-19 Task Force.
