My focus is to ensure Biosafe is the top choice and the best partner for our clients' needs. My aim is to enhance sales processess and networks, and to expand the global customer base of our company.I have a background in life science research, having earned my MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Eastern Finland in 2014 and PhD from Umeå University in 2016. My thesis and research work focused on regenerative medicine and tissue engineering of articular cartilage, involving interdisciplinary work with applied physics. I gained broad experience in life sciences and various scientific methods including, for example, cell culture, qPCR, histology, and microscopy.After completing my PhD, I joined Immuno Diagnostic Oy, focusing on sales and support of high-end life science microscopy products (Leica Microsystems). Here I developed expertise in business-to-business sales strengthening my skills in both communication and negotiation. I worked with specialized customers in science and industry, observing cutting-edge scientific developments globally.Before joining Biosafe, I advanced to the position of Sales Director, managing sales teams of highly specialized experts. This dual experience in science and business provides a strong perspective on creating successful long-term relationships with demanding, quality-focused customers.
