I managed the 3D & VR product, acting as part product owner and lead developer.I helped building the best virtual exhibitions on the market, with cutting edge technology, WebXR capabilities, supporting low-end devices, supporting an unlimited amount of artworks and sculptures, hyper-optimized to run on even low-end hardware.From stakeholders to product, planning and to final implementation.
