1. Formulating, implementing and monitoring “safe methods of work” incorporate safety instructions in routine orders and ensure that they are all followed.2. Identifying and eliminating or reducing hazards from the workplace3. Instructing and educating all persons involved with the company’s business (new or experienced) as to the individual and collective responsibilities regarding OHS&E matters and requirements.4. Conducting a prompt and thorough investigation of each and every incident, accident or ‘near miss’ occurring at the workplace and report the findings.5. Ensuring that only ‘competent’ operators control specialized company equipment.6. Maintaining accurate and timely drill records.7. Ensuring that all safety and environmental requirements are adhered to.8. Conducting monthly stock takes of site inventory and controlling of same.9. Surface drilling with LF90D machines in DRC Congo and Zambia. Also trained the local citizens in Drilling and Safety methods. Also worked with RC Rigs Water Wells.

Worked as a subcontractor for Kalana Gold Mine. Trained the local citizens in safety and underground drilling with Air driven Diamond Drilling kempe machines and K200 Hydraulic machines, U39B Hydraulic machines, LM75 Hydraulic machines and LM90.Hydraulic machines which also includes all different series etc AQ,BQ,NQ,HQ and PQ.

Drilled LM90 underground and SUL45 surface drilling drill rigs. Also trained the locals on the LM90 drilling machines underground. Series includes BQ and NQ. We drilled 3000m holes on surface with always keeping safety as first priority.

Joined ROCBOR Unidrilling 1999 to 2006. Worked as a subcontractor for Barrick Gold Mine.
