As a Design Lead in Wolt's Merchant domain, I hold a multifaceted role encompassing creative direction, process development, hiring, performance management, mentoring, coaching, and hands-on design as a player coach. I’m responsible for guiding the creative vision and ensuring alignment with organizational goals along with spearheading strategically critical projects. Balancing managerial duties with direct involvement in design projects, I provide mentorship and coaching to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

Leading Vincit's design team in Helsinki. Responsibilities included design sales, coaching, design ops, and internal development, among others.

Designing and delivering world-class digital experiences in complex environments ranging from consumer services to enterprise solutions.

Interaction (and UX) design for Rovio games both in development and in live operations state. Responsibilities also include user research tasks.

Program manager for key accounts in both international and domestic projects. Responsibilities in project planning, partners, project management, research, analysis and presentations. Methods include expert and accessibility evaluations, usability tests, intercept studies, focus group studies and long-term studies.Customers from public sector to the gaming industry.

User experience validation with different research methods both in domestic and international projects. Furthermore, responsibility for usability testing facilities and developing the testing tools and processes.

Assisting in conducting a neuroeconomics-related fMRI experiment. My key activities were related to preparing and organizing the pilot and experiment proper.

As a part of the LUTUS research project, I investigated whether designers systematically prefer their own ideas in concept evaluation. My research resulted in one journal publication in Design Studies and one awarded conference paper, along with my Master’s Thesis.
