Jann Villanueva, CAS, Lyceum Graduate, NAAEI FacultyJann began her career in the Apartment Industry in 1998, working as a leasing consultant with Alpha- Barnes Real Estate Services (FKA Barnes Real Estate Services). Jann elevated through several positions and was an Apartment Manager with Capstone Real Estate Services, before she decided to leave the Owner/Management side in 2006 and come to the Products and Service side of the industry. From 2006-2009, Jann went to work for Apartment Home Living and helped grow the DFW market before the company sold to Apartments.Com. Following, Jann was hired as the first sales associate for the DFW market for The Liberty Group Staffing in 2009. As the market continued to grow, Jann was then promoted as the Dallas Branch Manager for The Liberty Group Staffing, (from 2012-2019). Jann joined the Valet Living team, as the Regional Director of Sales, on May 13th, 2019 and in October 2022, Jann joined the Moved team as Vice President of Multifamily Sales over Texas and Oklahoma.Jann is actively involved with both the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the Texas Apartment Association. Jann currently serves on the AAGD Board of Directors, and is the past Product and Service Chairman for the 2018-2019 year. Jann proudly received the AAGD 2019 Sapphire Award for Product and Service individual of the year. She is an AAGD Mentor and AAGD Apartment Academy instructor. Jann is also a member of the NAAEI Faculty. Jann is passionate about education for our industry and committed to providing unparalleled service to her clients and team.
