- Improve and review UI for Master level courses contents, setups, and layout for CXM@MSU- Consolidate raw qualitative data from program’s focus groups and interviews using Excel for upcoming required courses, program’s podcasts, and marketing campaigns.- Redesign and manage the CXM department's seasonal conferences website UX and SEO gaining a 40% increase in auditing score and 20% of attendees for the conference through the web.- Design and implement monthly employee satisfaction review to construct a new upward feedback system within the CXM department.- Manage email communication with internal staff and external event invitees daily to ensure smooth preparations and operations for seasonal and monthly events using Outlook 365, Mural and Zoom.- Organize meeting minutes, agendas, and MSU's CXM department's folders and files to ensure a linear flow of internal communication using Microsoft Office Tools and Google Suite.- Review, edit, and publish weekly podcasts using Transistor for CX leaders within the industry at MSU.
