LG Consulting was a premium provider of technology solutions based in Seattle, WA. We built our business model on helping customers and consultants stay focused on doing their business instead of the recruiting for it. We provided unique IT recruiting experiences by delivering the tools needed to drive down costs, become more competitive and serve their customers better.I was a senior technical recruiter and account exec working primarily in the software, web and Data/Database/BI space. We built the consultant business from scratch to $20+M in revenue and 125+ consultants deployed. In 2012-ish, we made a strategic decision to move to software project development and consulting and Clutch was born. We also formed Urgenci to continue to service our existing clients in the direct placement and contract staffing environments. I moved over to Urgenci in 2013 to assist in the building of that side of the company.

Over the course of several companies, and in my own consulting business, built a strong book of business, providing resource solutions tailored to fit the business need.
