● Sourced automotive parts and shop supplies through authorized suppliers● Coordinated with 4-8 technicians a day and work on a minimum of 20 repairs a day● Created and filled out repair orders based on the inspection results of the technician and customer input● Understand mechanical and electrical vehicle diagrams in order to identify automotive components● Authorized and ensured the correct distribution of automotive parts to each technician● Allocated the number of hours each technician will book depending on the tasks performed
