- Developing Wordpress based websites ranging from simple blogs to advanced content management systems with custom-built features.- Creating actual web content based on design specifications and guidance from clients.- Providing advise to clients on how to leverage online social networking features.- Custom development utilizing PHP and MySQL technologies.- Crafting Wordpress themes and plugins based on client requirements.- Provide ongoing support of websites for clients.

- Building tools and developing business solutions utilizing .Net and SQL Server technologies. Assist in troubleshooting and improving business processes while working closely with subject matter experts to assess needs, draft solutions, and implement and support applications and processes to support all areas of the business.- Developing and updating processes using the EDI standard to expedite and streamline data communication between customers, Sun-Rype, and copackers and third-party warehouses.- Creation of in-house tools to better facilitate the processing of invoices, production reporting and inventory management at third-party copackers, tradespend management and forecasting and budgeting systems.- Interfacing custom developed and third-party solutions with main ERP system, utlizing XML and other data formats.- Supporting, expanding, and maintaining a datawarehouse of information from a variety of sources, including ERP and SSAS cubes.- Supporting the Database Administrator in maintenance and leverage of SQL Server tools, ranging from backups to SSIS services.- Supporting department members in determining location and use of system data in building of Crystal Reports and various other datamining methods.

- Answering requests for data from various SQL based systems utilizing Crystal Reports and various other datamining methods.- Prioritizing and cataloging requests for data and reports using a request system developed by me.- Assisting users in the analysis of the data and providing insight into potential uses for and extraction of data.- Developing custom web-based systems using ASP and SQL Server technologies to provide solutions to problems and improvements to business processes.

- Providing frontline technical support for approx. 150 users.- Supporting a variety of software solutions, including Windows 2000/XP, LAN networking, printers, phones, and general requests for assistance.- Prioritizing requests and escalating to other department members as needed.
