I am a passionate and creative Chef and Culinary Instructor open to a wide variety of possible positions including R&D and management. I am a popular private Chef who graduated culinary school with Honors, has 15+ years in the industry, and a prize-winning Culinary Teacher. I created and taught over eighty (80) different classes fromCheese Making, to Moroccan to Knife Skills for Children. I averaged 8 classes weekly at 3 hours each. I also developed and starred in the virtual culinary class platform and YouTube channel. Over nearly 3 years, I created over 1,100 class recipes. I also received several kudos from customers and local media as I have appeared for live cooking demos on the morning news 8 times and several news articles in The Gazette. I was also responsible for product ordering, kitchen cleanliness and standards as well as managing a team of class assistants. I earnedGold for Best Cooking Classes in Colorado Spring from The Indy. I was also featured on the main stage with cooking demos at the largest women’s expo inColorado in 2021 and 2022.
