Non-Profit training and competence organisation for planning and logistics people. Plan aims to be a leading player in the logistics area, known for its ability to provide professional development for staff and thus lasting improvements in organizations.

Overall responsible for the Danish part of IIR approx 25 persons. Many years of red figures (due to a corporate-group expansion decision) was making huge losses for project leaders and conference business. The job was to identify the problems and correcting them. We consolidated, cut down on risks and concentrated the product portfolio only on the profitable conferences and branches.

Head of a new division producing products and development initiative to the public sector. Through in-depth conversations and reflections and counseling, we helped the occupational groups to gain insight into what they had to do develop in order to grow as an individual and as a professional. We started cooperations with interest groups and trade unions. Some of our innovations became the best brand within the IIR world among others the CKU (Centrum för Kunskapsutveckling) - an initiative I was responsible for, targeted at bigger development stages at a lower price
