As an employee and later as a company leader, I have seen that non-biodegradable packaging materials are seemingly unavoidable in end-of-line packaging technology. The recycling of plastic films is surprisingly low, as it is very difficult and complicated to recycle due to dust and other contaminants.We design and develop machines that make tasks easier or more efficient, or reduce costs and environmental impact by using packaging materials more reasonably compared to before. With our machines, we contribute to reducing plastic waste that is already pervasive everywhere on our planet.My innovative side comes from my father, who also held numerous patents. He led Kőröspack until the end of his life, and then I took over his position in the company. I enjoy challenges, and as an inventor, I have registered several mechanical developments, packaging procedures, and pallet designs both in Hungary and internationally.Continuous Improvement is a lifestyle for me; learning and development are daily necessities, just like the need to protect our environment. That's why we built our own solar farms a few years ago, and it continually motivates us to develop packaging solutions that are constantly renewable and have minimal impact on the environment. Since the industrial revolution, humanity has never considered that both fossil resources and extractable mineral resources are finite, as well as food and habitable space for humanity. Our generation is the first to sound the alarm bell and is willing to take action for progress.I believe that by reconsidering our current way of life, Earth can remain a livable place for future generations, but it requires action from both them and us.
