As co-CEO, management member and small shareholder, my responsibilities include business development, in particular product development and pricing. In this context, I am involved in the marketing and sales processes. During the contracting process I negotiate with our new larger customers. I also keep in touch with our biggest customers to help ensure their satisfaction. I am involved in the recruitment processes, I negotiate internal financial agreements and I am also responsible for P&L management. My tasks also include ensuring error-free billing for flat-rate services provided to our customers. I am involved in the review and financial approval of professional bigger project proposals. I am constantly training myself, looking for challenges. I am therefore happy to participate in training courses from which I can take best practices that can be applied in our field. I brought the ITIL methodology to our company many years ago. I launched our partnership with Google and our Google Workspace business, and our partnership with Microsoft. I am constantly working to identify new business opportunities and partnerships that could benefit us.

DOCCA acquired Hunet Ltd in 2019, during which my role was to review the agreements and ensure continuity of service to customers, while reorganising the support team and support structure. My current role is to manage and implement our corporate business strategy.

The concept of Esküvő Online is to provide couples planning their wedding with free online tools to easily organize their wedding. E.g. TODO list, guest list, wedding seating chart tool, wedding website, wedding service provider finder, etc..
